One of our favourites, this coffee is brilliant for all filter style methods of extraction and wonderful as an espresso.
We find that the best result is through your Aeropress or V60. In your Aeropress, use 13gm of coarsely ground Costa Rica and infuse for around 90 seconds before plunging directly into your cup.
