After an incredibly emotional day with our staff we came to the realisation that it was better to do our bit to keep our staff, customers and family safe by closing our doors.
Change is a Good Thing
Changing your coffee brand should be done in conjunction with other minor changes and should be seen as a good thing. A great thing. It simply depends on how you put the change into action and following that it's about how you, the cafe owner, sell it to your customers.
Our History
I was once told to make sure I never go into business with family or friends. There isn’t anyone in the world I would rather work with than my wife Jackie. In fact, Black Velvet is what it is today largely because of her work and because we made sure that we determined our specific roles.
